OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Second Story Clothing's shipping policy section. Here, we aim to provide transparency and clarity about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. We believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible, and our shipping policy plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.
We ship all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. We use a mix of delivery services including Royal Mail, Evri and Inpost. This can take 3-5 working days to be delivered. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to correct any addresses once the item has been posted. We are unable to refund any orders delivered to the incorrect address. If your order has not arrived please let us know.
EASY RETURNS
At Second Story Clothing, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Website Orders
We do not offer exchanges but you may return your order for a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You have 28 days from your order arriving to send your order back to us.
Postage return costs are to be met by the buyer and suitable insurance will need to gained from your chosen carrier as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in the post.
Event and Store Purchases
We do not offer returns for any items purchased in person.
